About Me

I'm the Head of AI Strategy at Siemens Energy Grid Technologies. My job is to bring AI into an organization that designs, builds, and maintains the infrastructure that keeps electricity flowing to millions of people. That means navigating legacy systems older than most tech companies, earning buy-in from domain experts who've been doing this for decades, and figuring out where AI genuinely adds value and being able to prove it objectively.

Most AI content comes from people who have never deployed AI in a meaningful way … either in their own life or for a large organization. I’ve spent most of my time on the other side of that: building processes for identifying and evaluating AI opportunities in both the federal government and large manufacturing companies, coming up with innovative systems that deliver real competitive advantages, and building up the knowledge and data foundations that drive real AI success.

Through doing all that I’ve learned more than a thing or two about how to use AI and incorporate it effectively into work. And many of these lessons are just as helpful for individuals as they are for large organizations. This is my platform to share those insights, help people, and make difference.
